Presenter not uploading Slides (PowerPoint or Keynote)

Hi, I'm using Presenter on Mac. I've just run an update, and now when I go to upload Slides, using both PowerPoint or Keynote, it's says 'uploading, this may take a few minutes', but then nothing happens, even if I wait. I don't get a fail message, but the files also never appear in Presenter's Slides section. I've double-checked software permissions. Is there anything else I could try?
