Need More Options for Scheduling Volunteers for Meetings and Events

We love scheduling our volunteers through the planning app, however, it only allows us to schedule services. Sometimes we would like our volunteers to attend a meeting or event. I know how to rename the service, but when I create a new service the only options are "service" "rehearsal" and "call time". Can you please allow us to customize these options?

We also would love this as we roster for our food pantry and op shops as well.
