API Please

Is there scope to create an API for the worship tools ecosystem so we the users can create addons that add crucial functionality to your already great ecosystem? This would also allow us to automate certain actions in order to make up for the shortfall of human resources that many of us experience in our churches on a weekly basis =P

Its been asked before! (see the below links). The beta version adds the ability for Presenter to send midi controls, but its a very "manual" setup from what I've seen. Would be great if there was a rest api, and the ability for presenter to call http endpoints.
