Web Videos refuse to play

Hi WorshipTools Team, thank you for Presenter.

I'm struggling with Web Videos. I create items with Web Videos linked to YouTube, test them before the service to ensure that I put in the correct link, the sound is working, etc. and they work perfectly. Then during the live service when I get to that item, the video refuses to play. It's not "unavailable", just nothing happens; I click the play button, and still nothing happens. Even though I saw it work earlier. Is there a limit on the number of times you can use a Web Video?
