Order to "Add Person"

Currently, when I to click "Add Person" to fill a role in Matrix view, the order of volunteers is both bizarre and consistent. It's bizarre in that it's ordered neither alphabetical by first nor last name, nor at all corresponding to how often they tend to serve in that role, nor how recently they've served. It's consistent in that it is always the same order within that role.

Having an intuitive ordering to their names (most preferably, alphabetical) would be really helpful. Thanks!
