MAC to/from PC font style 'lost'

I created slides using a Presenter available font on a Mac connected to the cloud. After quitting Presenter from the Mac and logging on to Presenter on a PC, also connected to the cloud, the font selected was now 'blank/empty' in the slides. The exact same problem occurs when slides are created on a PC, using Presenter available fonts, and then observed from the Mac. In both cases, the font selected when creating the slides was the same spelling on both platforms and visually appeared the same. (2026.1.0-beta.27 used on both machines)
