Set number of roles available per Service

Perhaps we do things differently than most churches, but allowing the service planner to set the number of roles available per sunday and invite several people but once that role is taken it is blocked out for others.

For example. We only need 1 acoustic guitarist but invite all three. Bob responds first that he can play, so the other two are now unable to respond yes since the planner has set the maximum to 1.

I agree. This would be very important to us. Other programs do this.

Potential issues with current Planning version:

Problem - Who gets the notification?
With our church, we schedule roles for the year. We put out email requests to people asking for their availability and they advise. One person then enters the full year and all the volunteers into WorshipTool's roster, but herein lies a problem... the person who enters the name into the roster is the one who is alerted with the accept / decline notifications, not the relevant leader / organiser of the particular role. Therefore, with the current version of Planning, if a volunteer enters their name into the schedule, they will be the one getting the notifications, not the organiser for that role.

I have made a request (Planning Accept / Decline Notifications to be received by nominated person / role) to allow a more granular notification setting to address this problem.
