WorshipTools Community lets you create messages and send them to your church members via email right from the web app. For any communications that you plan on sending out regularly, you can use templates to simplify the process.
To create templates, click Communications from the left navigation menu, then Templates. Fill out the fields and design your message template. You can even specify recipients as part of the template. (If no fields or filters are selected, the recipients list will default to everyone.)
When everything is filled out, save your template. To use the template, go to the Communications, create a new communication and click Select Template.
