Editing or Removing Users

To edit settings for an existing user or to remove them from the account altogether, go to the People page in the Planning app. Find and click on their name from your list of users to open their individual profile page. There, you'll find an Edit option in the top right corner. Click Edit to modify their roles, unavailable dates, and permission levels. An option to Remove from [account name] will also appear below their name on the left.

Important: Removing someone from your account does not delete their login. Removing them means that they no longer have access to your church's account, but they can continue using their personal email/password login with another WorshipTools account if needed.

If you no longer wish to keep your WorshipTools login active and would like it completely deleted from our records, please email us at [email protected].

Editing Names and Email Addresses

Users cannot edit the name, email address, or photo of other users. Each user must make these changes from their own Profile page. To do so, have the individual open Planning and click on their name or profile image from the Dashboard.
